I know that it isn´t completely fair, yet you have to face the fact that results are the most important thing at every job now. Clients want to see effects, your boss wants to see them as well. What you do in order to get the result they want from you is not important. You have to be effective, otherwise you will be no longer needed by company. In other words you might lose your job. That means that no matter how smart, intelligent, creative are you, you will have to have some results to show to your employer. In my company, for example, there was a seo in germany hired that was suppose to help us promote online. Unfortunately he was really ineffective and finally my boss had to fire him. This was a great representation of the rule that I have presented to you in the beginning of this article. Most of the people are scared when they realize that the moment they start making mistakes is the moment they will be fired. They shouldn´t worry that much.
